Chef Stacy Maple and a crew of volunteers invite you to Port Clinton’s Bistro 163, a pay-it-forward restaurant that serves customers regardless of ability to cover the cost. The cafe’s mission is to build community by nourishing both body and soul, preparing and serving food with faith, love, and kindness. It also offers free monthly dinners that welcome everyone with weekly snacks and homework sessions for students. “There’s something special happening here,” Ms. Maple said.
