TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A sign of winter as the puck drops in Toledo for another season.

The Walleye are getting ready to celebrate their 10th year and fans have a lot to see.

The first thing a fan might notice inside the Huntington Center is a brand new Toledo Hockey Hall of Fame exhibit, showcasing the city’s rich hockey past.

Plus, it’s right in Toledo where you catch a hockey first for the city, as the Walleye host the ECHL All-Star Weekend.

Andi Roman Communications & Media Director for the team says “The All-Star Weekend is going to take place between January 18th and the 21st, its four days of fun, there will be a highlight event on each day.”

Mike Skrzyniecki, a season ticket holder for 10 years added, “I expect that to be one of the craziest atmosphere’s we have ever had here”
